Hi I am Kim, I have over 20yrs experience in childcare ranging from being a nursery nurse, childminding assistant, teaching assistant, nanny and also managing nurseries. I have a level 3 Diploma in Early Years, Level 3 in Homebased learning, Degree in leadership and management in the early years as well as various qualifications in phonics, SEND and learning through play
